Maine Blues

A quiet refuge, away from the pandemic and the city. Bald eagles scan the cove for sea bass while the evening fog builds on the land across Middle Bay turning the water a blue-tinged silver. It will be cooler later, with fog, but the morning will dawn clear and I will drive to the lobster pound where I can fill my bag for $4.99 per pound. The land, the trees, and the sea know why you are here.
